Temora Aviation Museum reserves the right to cancel any orders in the following circumstances:
If an order is made for a product at an incorrect price, which may be due to typographical errors or incorrect pricing information from suppliers.
If an item ordered is out of stock and cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.
If an order is cancelled and payment has already been taken, Temora Aviation Museum will refund the payment.
Temora Aviation Museum reserves the right to cancel and refund orders, or to refuse to accept an order. This may arise where items are sold out or no longer available.
Bagworld cannot be held responsible for delays in postage, or the loss of items in transit, as it is out of Bagworld's control. However, we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.
If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Bagworld, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.

We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact Temora Aviation Museum and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at no extra cost to you.

Delivery within Australia, to street addresses or PO Boxes, is via standard Australia Post.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1 - 2 business days, and dispatch operates Monday to Friday.
In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested.
Customers in country or regional areas may experience some delays.
If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.
